Women’s mixed ability strength and fitness classes designed to help you build confidence, improve fitness, and feel stronger in a fun, supportive environment.
Sessions are led by Bella, combining bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and weights with upbeat music and a high-energy atmosphere.
These classes are designed to give you a full body workout whilst supporting your overall health and wellbeing at every age.
From building strength and confidence, to supporting mental wellbeing, muscle mass, core strength, and long-term health, the focus is on helping women feel physically and mentally stronger - and happier - in everyday life.
Every exercise can be modified to suit all fitness levels. Bella will guide you throughout, making sure you feel comfortable, supported, and included.
If you have an exercise or yoga mat, please bring it with you. If not, don’t worry, we’ll have some spare mats available, so everyone is welcome to join in.
