Women’s mixed ability Group PT sessions take place in the Body-Strong studio and are designed to bridge the gap between Body-Strong classes and personal training.

Bella teaches women how to strength train properly, with a strong emphasis on form, technique, and building confidence. Sessions are fun, with upbeat music and a high-energy atmosphere.

To ensure progression, sessions follow a structured monthly programme, giving you the chance to track progress, improve technique, and build strength over time. The aim is not perfection - it’s learning, progressing, and becoming more confident in your body and your ability.

Group PT is ideal for women who want more support and coaching than a class environment, whilst still benefiting from the motivation and energy of a group. It’s also a space where women genuinely support one another, celebrate progress together, and often surprise themselves with what they’re capable of.

Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
