Bella Dodds de Jesus
Founder and Fitness & Mindset Coach
After nearly two decades working as a trader in Mayfair, in a fast-paced, male-dominated industry, Bella made the bold decision to step away from the corporate world and follow her true passion; fitness and mindset life coaching. Driven by her own transformation and a deep desire to create meaningful change, Bella founded Body-Strong to help women recognise their worth, build confidence, and feel powerful in every aspect of their lives.
As a mother of two daughters, Bella tries to lead by example, showing them that it’s never too late to rewrite your story. She blends real-world grit with empathy, authenticity, and an unwavering belief in the potential of every woman she mentors.

Jonata Vieira Dodds de Jesus
Coach and Mobility & Recovery Therapist
Jonata is a powerhouse in every sense, combining his expertise in strength training and mobility massage with a deep passion for mental well-being. As a Fitness coach, he brings a no-nonsense, supportive approach to lifting both weights and spirits, he is the kind of trainer you want in your corner. With a strong focus on building physical strength as a foundation for mental resilience, Jonata champions the importance of movement for mind and body. Whether he’s coaching clients on the gym floor, competing in HYROX events, or helping others recover through massage therapy, he leads by example always showing up with purpose, integrity, and heart.
Being a positive, present role model to his children his ethos is about living with intention, showing strength in vulnerability, and raising the next generation to do the same.

Katie Sellors
Business Operations
With 18 years in corporate Operations and Administration, Katie keeps Body-Strong running like clockwork, managing schedules, spreadsheets, and all the behind-the-scenes details. Affectionately known as the “Chaos Co-Ordinator,” she brings order, energy, and a touch of sass to Body-Strong.

Before embarking into the world of operations, Katie ran her own dance school and worked with top performing arts schools across Southeast London. She’s a qualified IDTA dance teacher, a Roehampton University graduate, and a certified ((Bounce)) instructor.​
She keeps the team organised, motivated, and celebrating every achievement along the way.

LingLing
Yoga Instructor
Ling Ling is a qualified yogi with over 1,000 hours of training across multiple yoga styles, anatomy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and meditation. Her journey began more than a decade ago, when she developed a deep and lasting connection to the practice. As she moved beyond the physical postures, she immersed herself in meditation and the philosophical foundations of yoga, studying with respected teachers around the world.
Through mindful movement and breathwork, Ling Ling creates a space where you can challenge your body, calm your mind, and move with purpose. She is passionate about form and alignment, and her approach aligns perfectly with the Body-Strong ethos, meeting you exactly where you are.

Rebecca Baldock
Teen Girls Group Coach
Rebecca joined the team in Winter 2025 and is one of the Body-Strong Coaches, leading the Teen Girls session every Thursday. Passionate about building confidence in young women, she creates a supportive and motivating environment where girls can grow stronger both physically and mentally.
Fitness plays a central role in her life and is a true lifestyle. She enjoys a variety of training styles, from Pilates and mobility work to strength and resistance training. Her coaching style balances discipline with enjoyment, creating an atmosphere where participants feel challenged, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential.
